Sierra Bramschreiber, M.A., M.S.
After graduating with her M.S. degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology in May 2020, Sierra moved to sunny San Diego, CA where she lives with her family and works as an independent consultant.

Shelby Davis, M.S.
Shelby graduated in May 2022 with her M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. She is a current Ph.D. student at the Colorado State University, studying impact of identity management and inclusion climate on employee wellbeing, with the goal of informing evidence‑based DEI policies.

Kennedy Hammonds, M.S.
Kennedy graduated in May 2022 with her M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. She currently works as the Assistant Director of Talent Management for the Department of Education for the State of Tennessee. She has worked with the State of Tennessee since graduating, having started as a HR Generalist.

Melissa Sorensen, M.S.
Melissa graduated in May 2023 with her M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. She is a current Ph.D. student at Bowling Green State University, where her research interests focus on occupational health and counterproductive work behaviors. Currently she is doing an internship with Gallup.

Cora Hurt, M.S.
Cora graduated in May 2024 with her M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. She currently works as an Employment Coordinator for At Home Care of Kentucky. Cora also worked as an undergraduate research assistant in the DAWL lab, having graduated with her B.S. in psychological sciences in May 2022.

Molly Simmons, M.S.
Molly graduated in May 2024 with her M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. She currently works as a Human Resources Assistant. Molly also worked as an undergraduate research assistant in the DAWL lab, having graduated with her B.S. in international business management and minor in psychological sciences in May 2022.

Mia Kendrick, B.S.
Mia graduated in May 2022 with her B.S. in psychological sciences. She is currently in the Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology program at Purdue University having been accepted directly from undergrad. During her time in the WKU DAWL lab, Mia was honored with the Department of Psychological Sciences' Outstanding Senior Award, was co-author on numerous technical reports, second-authored a published peer-reviewed journal article, and was a finalist for Honors Thesis of the Year.
